The number of Kambo sessions you need will depend on your health and goals. Kambo is most effective when done in a series (we offer three and six series), and the number of sessions and the frequency of sessions will vary depending on your individual needs.
For people with chronic health issues, it may be helpful to do several Kambo sessions in a short amount of time to help detoxify the body of bacteria and inflammation. Some people find that doing a three-day cleanse is helpful, while others prefer to do three weeks of Kambo in a row. This will give them time to recover and properly detoxify.
Once someone has completed a series of Kambo sessions, they may find that doing Kambo once every four to eight weeks is helpful for maintenance. However, some people may only need to do Kambo once and never need to do it again. The frequency of Kambo sessions is ultimately up to the individual.
Here are some additional things to consider when deciding how many
Kambo sessions you need:

Your specific health goals
